RUNAWAY comes home to DVD 12/8
Bill’s debut feature, RUNAWAY, will be available on DVD beginning December 8 after being picked up by Koch Entertainment Distribution, a division of alternative music and media industry leader Koch Entertainment.
The movie stars Aaron Stanford (X-Men) as a young man trying to keep his little brother hidden from their abusive father (Michael Gaston, W.). Robin Tunney (The Mentalist) plays the coarse but captivating convenience store clerk with whom he falls in love. The amazing ensemble cast is rounded out with Oscar nominee Melissa Leo (Frozen River), Terry Kinney (Oz), and Peter Gerety (Public Enemies).
RUNAWAY premiered to universal accolades at the Tribeca Film Festival. It was hailed as “Brilliant!” and “Unfogettable,” and Variety called it a thriller that would “keep audiences off balance ‘till the bitter end.” It went on to gather an impressive bouquet of laurels, including screenings at Toronto, Vail, Woodstock, and Avignon. In addition, Bill took top prize at the prestigious Austin Film Festival for his writing on the film.
